Payment FAQ's:

My Credit Card Has Been Declined:
Usually when this occurs it is because of an address issue. During the checkout process information is verified with the Credit Card Company. To resolve this issue you may try to:

  • Double check that the billing address entered into Frank Ladd Sales is the address on file with the Credit Card you are using. You may have to enter a separate address.
  • If you still encounter problems you may want to contact your Credit Card Company to ensure they have the proper address on file for you.

If your address cannot be verified the transaction will not be successful. If you are still having a problem, feel free to contact us and we will help you work it out.

NOTE: Fraudulent orders placed on frankladd.com. website will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

With the identity and fraud on the rise Frank Ladd Sales, Inc. has take several precautions in order to protect you the customer.

  • We Do not store Credit Card Numbers.
  • We use the highest available encryption during the check out process.
  • We use an extensive verification process during check out.
  • We gather only information need to complete the order.

When Am I Charged For A Back Order:
I have been informed that the item I ordered is on back order yet I have already been charged, Why?

  • Our payment process is entirely automated. When an order is submitted the payment is processed immediately.
  • We do not store Credit Card information and would not have any way of charging a customer in the future.
  • When an Item is on back order it will be shipped as soon as possible.

In order to serve our customers the best way we can we accept the following:

  • American Express
  • PayPal

Shipping:

The majority of the orders received before 2:00 P.M. EST will ship the same day. Normal UPS delivery times will apply. All shipment will ship UPS ground unless other arrangements have been made.
